Men’s Club
Mission Statement
Committed to serving God through individual and collective action in our daily lives, we are proactive in seeking opportunities to exemplify our discipleship of Jesus Christ, promoting, and engaging in service activities as a model of Christian living for others.
With Saint Joseph as our patron, we are committed to the protection, love and support of our spouses, children, and families, serving also as stewards of our church and guardians of social justice, liberty, fairness, and equality of all before God in the world around us.

The St Luke Men’s Club meets on the third Thursday of each month @7:00PM at the Faith Formation Center on the St. Aloysius Campus. The Club may decide to take off the summer months of July and August. We encourage and welcome all St Luke Parish men to join our group.
The St Luke Men’s Club holds several fund-raising events during the year which allows them to give back to the community in numerous ways. Past examples are providing scholarships to area Catholic high schools as well as college scholarships. The club has also made donations to upgrade technology for St. Luke Faith Formation, to Bread for Life and to Connecticut Childrens’ Hospital.
They engage in supporting St Luke Parish in other ways, donating their time and efforts for various events. They are well-known for producing the Lenten Pasta Fagioli dinners with all profits going to the support of St Luke Catholic school.
Other activities include the setting up of the creche at St. Dominic church and helping to decorate the various churches under the parish of St Luke. Members also volunteer at the annual church picnic that serves all parishioners, providing an opportunity for fellowship among members of all churches. Members have also assisted the Ladies Guild in the distribution of palm crosses at the various extended care facilities and recently, volunteered at the Sweetheart Breakfast.
Please feel free to contact any of the current officers listed above if you have any questions about the St Luke Men’s Club.
